Happiness is an essential component of individual and societal well-being. It’s well documented that happiness has been linked to improved physical and emotional well-being, increased productivity, and goal attainment. Happiness is also linked to better relationships, physical health, and positive outcomes in many areas of life. These sessions will have you learning and engaging in activities that will show you how to cultivate happiness for yourself and others with whom you wish to find success.

Choose either the morning or afternoon session. Sessions are free, but we ask that you register in advance. Snacks will be provided; feel free to bring your lunch or purchase lunch on campus or nearby.

Happiness is a superpower; Reignite yours!

In this engaging, interactive session, you will learn why it is so important to cultivate happiness in your life, even during challenging circumstances. You will learn about the fundamentals of happiness which are simple yet effective and discover ways to show up for yourself and others in a more compete way.

Participants will learn that happiness is the inverse of burnout. Discover ways to identify burnout before it derails you and explore ways to stay focused on what is important.
